What is home staging?
Home staging is the act of preparing a private residence by filling it with things and styling to make it more eye-catching and appealing for sale in the real estate marketplace. It is the arrangement of furniture in a setting in a home.

A vacant home lacks the warmth and appeal of a staged home. Buyers need to emotionally and psychologically connect to the home.
